The management and delivery of the Greater Manchester Imaging and Pathology Networks was until April 2020, held within the portfolio and responsibility of the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP).
Under the direction of a newly formed GM Trust Provider Collaborative, the new group assumed responsibility for the oversight and direction for several diagnostic programmes including the establishment of GM Imaging and Pathology networks that would address the key elements of the NHS Long Term Plan (LTP).
