GM Pharmacy Sustainability
The GM Pharmacy Programme is supporting sustainability initiatives to work towards the NHS Net Zero aims, while ensuring patient safety, quality and savings are considered.
These sustainability initiatives are focussing on respiratory (including inhalers), pharmacy waste/recycling, prevention - IV to oral switches, and education on sustainability.
Part of this programme is the relaunch of the campaign, Patients’ Own Drugs (PODs), known as “Your Medicines Matter”.
