GM Imaging and Pathology Networks hosts Sectra CEO, Torbjörn Kronander

The Greater Manchester Imaging and Pathology Networks were delighted to host a visit from Sectra’s CEO, Torbjörn Kronander on May 15^th.

The visit was part of a UK tour for the CEO, to meet with customers and learn about how Sectra can better support its customers.

Sectra currently supply the imaging enterprise solution for hospital trusts across Greater Manchester and are the leading global provider of imaging IT solutions. These solutions handle radiology and pathology imaging for the local hospitals within the region.

As part of the visit, leading clinicians from the trusts met with the CEO to talk about the current position and experiences with radiology and Sectra. The focus was also on the future aims of pathology and radiology as the systems move towards integrated diagnostics.

Chris Sleight, Chief Officer of the GM Imaging and Pathology Networks said,  ‘It was a real privilege to have Torbjörn and the Sectra team visit us and share our experiences with the Sectra system.
